Project Manager Electrical Installations

IMSAT is recruiting a Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of our projects with professionalism, results orientation, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards. What are the job responsibilities?

🔹 Coordinate project implementation, ensuring their delivery within budget, on time, and at the required quality level
🔹 Continuously monitor work progress, project margin, and budget execution, taking measures to maximize results
🔹 Ensure compliance with legal requirements and health and safety regulations at all project stages
🔹 Manage client relations, identifying new collaboration opportunities and communicating effectively for project success
🔹 Actively participate in tendering, contracting, and project launch stages
🔹 Plan and coordinate the necessary resources (human, material, logistical) for the smooth execution of works
🔹 Organize project meetings (Kick-off meetings, periodic evaluations, lessons learned, etc.) and validate technical and administrative documentation
🔹 Monitor performance indicators (technical, financial, HSE) and propose corrective actions where necessary
🔹 Coordinate the project team and contribute to the integration, development, and evaluation of team members

What do we expect from you?

🔹 Higher technical education
🔹 Previous experience in project management, preferably in the industrial or construction sector
🔹 Project management courses – an advantage
🔹 Good PC operating skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project-specific software)
🔹 English language – intermediate-advanced level (French – advantage)
🔹 Planning, organization, and coordination skills
🔹 Leadership and team motivation abilities
🔹 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
🔹 Entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and results orientation
🔹 Solid understanding of project financial management
🔹 Availability for country-wide travel, depending on the projects coordinated
