Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience managing complex projects, ideally with exposure to PEGA. The role requires the ability to manage offshore teams and work with SAP, particularly provisioning activities. Advanced Jira expertise is important for us. Below are a few examples to illustrate the level of Jira skills needed: Ability to build complex tracking reports, potentially combining data from multiple Jira projects. Ability to configure advanced Jira workflows. Ability to build custom dashboards using Jira's reporting features. Ability to create and manage custom fields in Jira. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Jira workflows is also important. Below are a few examples of the types of issues that may arise: Troubleshooting complex workflow rules, identifying and resolving errors in custom field configurations, etc. In addition to these technical skills, we are looking for someone who can effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
