Project Manager - Infrastructura mare

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the field of large infrastructure. If you are passionate about managing complex projects and have excellent leadership skills, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and organize activity at the construction site among subcontractors, workers, material suppliers, and service providers;
• Monitor the progress of construction activities at the site on a regular basis, organize periodic meetings with all involved parties/subcontractor representatives;
• Ensure budget compliance;
• Suggest strategies for optimizing activity, propose new solutions;
• Preliminary daily work reports and report the real situation and correct data from the site, according to requests, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Develop action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office;
• Middle/advanced level English language skills;
• Driving license: category B;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems, planning and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Oriented towards results but also towards clients;
• Ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment with many tight deadlines;
• Availability to work on various open sites across the country.
