Project Manager Plants - MEP

If you wish to become part of our team, we are looking for an MEP Plants Project Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Planning, control, and coordination of all appointed technicians (architects, engineers, interior, lighting and landscape designers, site management, specialist consultants), including nationally and internationally renowned firms (big firms).
• Planning, control, and coordination of the project together with the Operational departments.
• Support for design decisions.
• Verification and coordination of design consistency between disciplines.
• Control of design documents.
• Liaison with appointed technicians to ensure project schedule adherence.
• Preparation of Request for Quotations (RDO), analysis of offers, and preparation of comparative tables.
• Technical-economic optimization activities
• suppliers and contractors.
• Request for contract preparation to the Controlling department and its supervision.
• Preparation, control, and updating of project schedules.
• Periodic site inspections to verify the quality of work and materials with respect to the project and company standards.
• Management and coordination of contractors and suppliers.
• Management and coordination of meetings with minute taking and follow-up.
• Progress reports.
• Support for site accounting and verification of technical-economic variations, together with the Site Management and/or other parties.
• Management and coordination of non-conformity notes (snag-list) and their corrective actions until closure.
• Assumption of the role of Works Manager
• Assistance and/or execution of tests and technical verifications.
• Assistance and/or execution of training for operational departments.
• Collection of final technical documentation (as-built, technical data sheets, manuals, certifications, etc.).
• Handover to operational departments.
• Support to operational departments in the post-handover phase.

Required skills

• Previous experience in plant engineering project management and coordination roles, in the high-end Hospitality and Real Estate sector.
• Knowledge of building regulations, plant systems, fire prevention, and safety (Legislative Decree 81/08).
• Excellent ability in document management and reading, support for technical negotiation, and site management.
• Excellent command of MS Project, AutoCAD, and the Office 365 suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of BIM processes.
• Fluent Italian.
• Professional English (minimum B2).
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work on multiple activities in parallel.

Contractual conditions

• Tourism CCNL Contract - Full Time or collaboration under P.IVA (VAT number).
• Gross annual salary starting from €45,000.00.
