What we absolutely expect? (Mandatory conditions)

• Experience in independently breaking down project and technical tasks in Jira / Asana based on general business assumptions.
• Natural, deep passion for iGaming, esports, and the CS2 ecosystem. You must feel and understand this world from the inside: mechanics of exchanges, trade locks, P2P markets, CS-based skins, and casinos.
• Resilience to time pressure. Ability to organize chaos and act quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Full readiness for overtime and flexible working hours. If you are responsible for a live product, we expect availability during non-standard hours (including weekends), immediate reaction, and team coordination (we assume a significant number of paid overtime hours per month).
• Experience working in smaller structures (startups, agile software houses).
• Practical knowledge of the triage process: ability to preliminarily verify and replicate bugs before escalating them further to the Product Owner.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools (effective prompting, work automation) in daily tasks.
• Concreteness, assertiveness, and no hesitation in having difficult conversations and enforcing agreements from experienced specialists – focusing on facts, rather than wondering “if it’s appropriate”.
• Proactivity, openness, and ease in building contacts. We are looking for someone who can listen and efficiently extract necessary information from developers.

We are developing a global iGaming platform and a CS2 skin market. Our product operates 24/7 on a live organism, and market changes happen rapidly. We operate in a distributed team, focusing on rapid implementation and operational flexibility.

Here, you receive a general outline of a new feature from the business, which you plan and break down into concrete steps independently. We are looking for someone who will take operational responsibility for projects, efficiently coordinate the work of various teams (Dev, UI/UX, SEO, Support), and ensure they are delivered to production as a complete, working product.

This is a role with a significant impact on the daily flow and room for process design. We are looking for a meticulous person who will relieve the Product Owner of operational work and ensure deadlines are met. On a daily basis, you will focus on translating product vision into detailed tasks (user stories, acceptance criteria) and technically verifying bugs reported by support.
