Project Manager HVAC / Inginer Coordonator Proiecte HVAC

Coordination, planning and monitoring of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations), ensuring their implementation in optimal conditions of quality, time and cost. The position requires permanent collaboration and coordination with suppliers, clients and construction teams, as well as direct involvement in the assembly and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities include:

• Control, coordination and leadership of ongoing project activities;
• Planning and tracking projects together with suppliers and clients, from initial phase to final completion;
• Monitoring contract execution, guarantee and post-guarantee phases;
• Providing technical assistance on site during assembly and commissioning;
• Drafting process reports, progress reports, work situation reports and technical documentation for each project;
• Closely collaborating with internal and external suppliers, from a technical and commercial perspective;
• Maintaining direct relationships with clients to ensure optimal project execution;
• Studying and analyzing technical documents for implementing projects on site;
• Reading and interpreting technical plans in AutoCAD, task books and execution graphs;
• Identifying and evaluating local collaborators or subcontractors based on the specific technical requirements of the project;
• Participating in coordination meetings, site visits and technical meetings;
• Availability for travel within the country, depending on construction site locations.
