The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC and Fire Fighting projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. Coordinate with project team members, including engineers, designers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Manage project documentation, including reports, records, and archives. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 8–15 years of experience in HVAC and Fire Fighting project management. Strong understanding of HVAC and Fire Protection Systems, including design, installation, and operation. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
