Hydraulic Project Manager - SE region Monitors the execution of works on site in terms of costs, quantities, quality, and adherence to deadlines. Main Responsibilities: Plans, monitors, and organizes site activities of subcontractors, workers, and suppliers of materials and services, by work packages / execution phases; Monitors allocated budgets and ensures adherence to established costs; Monitors the progress of construction activities on site regularly, organizes periodic meetings with all involved parties/representatives of subcontractors, and resolves any issues that arise during execution; Is responsible for adherence to execution technologies, in accordance with current regulations, client requirements, and internal requirements imposed for the respective work; Suggests strategies for optimizing activities, proposes new solutions; Prepares daily work reports and reports the actual and correct situation on site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans; Develops action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets; Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes; The Ideal Candidate Required Qualifications: Higher technical education in the field of hydraulic constructions Project manager certification - advantage Required Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office English language skills - intermediate/advanced level Driving license: category B Other Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational abilities; Attention to detail; Results-oriented but also customer-oriented; Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines; The position requires availability to work on various construction sites across the country, with accommodation and daily allowance provided in accordance with the law.
