- Assist the Product Owner define the product scope, risks, and dependencies, and maintain the roadmap with clear timelines, milestones, and capacity planning
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication with the Product Owner and the team
- Monitor progress through Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, etc.), highlight risks or impediments, and ensure value delivery
- Implement Agile practices, adapt them to business needs, and coach both the team and the client
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily Scrum, review, retrospective) and ensure they are valuable
- Prepare and share progress updates, reports, and key results tailored to different stakeholders
- Drive team retrospectives into actionable improvements, encourage adoption of Agile best practices, and nurture a culture of learning
- Coach and mentor team members, support their professional growth, manage collaboration dynamics, and resolve conflicts
- Take ownership of outcomes by ensuring delivery meets Customer expectations and satisfaction
