As a Project Manager – Global ATM / AMS Implementations (Americas), you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Automatic Cash Management Systems (AMS) across multiple regions, including North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. This role is critical to our success as it ensures that our clients receive timely and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for ATM/AMS implementations; • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support; • Managing project risks and issues; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
