Join us for a career rich with opportunities, where you can make a difference, in an environment where every day is unique. ## YOUR ROLE As a **Project Manager in the management of obsolescence of complex electronic systems for the Defense sector** at Capgemini Engineering, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing electronic re-engineering activities, coordinating teams and suppliers in the analysis of alternative components and materials for complex electronic systems. In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities: * Analysis of technical requirements and specifications * Evaluation of supplier offers * Outsourcing management * Acceptance of supplies * Reporting and KPIs * Evaluation of alternative components and materials ## YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Consolidated experience from 3 to 10 years: * At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager * Consolidated leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders * Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and orientation towards achieving objectives in contexts of high technological complexity * At least 2 years of experience in the electronic design of subsystems, units, boards, and complex electronic apparatus * Experience in defining requirements, technical specifications, and application of international and/or MIL standards * Background in analog, digital, RF, and power electronics * Knowledge of radar systems and DDR PDR CDR TRR TRB processes is welcome **Note**: *Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering* ## WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US * We recognize the importance of flexible working solutions to support you. The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum economic treatment provided by the applicable CCNL for the level and job title indicated above and does not necessarily represent the entry salary.
