Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or program management within a complex corporate environment, preferably in financial services, banking, asset servicing, or investment fund operations Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects related to investment fund operations , especially within Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, Pricing, Collateral, or Reconciliation Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field The ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is an asset Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations is desirable Familiarity with IT systems and data analysis tools is a plus The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information is necessary Experience working with international teams and clients is an asset Fluency in English language is required Polish language skills are an asset
