Project Manager

Salary & Benefits - Salary range: $7,000 - $10,000, commensurate with experience. - Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay. - Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits. Office Location & Working Hours - Location: Tai Seng. - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage project timelines and schedules. - Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project completion. - Coordinate with team members to achieve project goals. - Monitor and control project progress. - Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. - Ensure effective communication among stakeholders. - Manage project scope, quality, and resources. Key Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - At least 3 years of experience in project management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
