Your Tasks

You are the driving force behind Network Level 3 (NE3) - themes and support the Lead Project Manager directly.

• Responsibility for Deadlines and Budget: You take over responsibility for the timely and budget-conform implementation of expansion projects in the NE3 area.
• Coordination of Construction Projects: You support the execution of complex construction projects and coordinate collaboration with site supervisors, executing partner companies, and municipal authorities to ensure a smooth process.
• Resource Planning and Task Allocation: You plan resources and goals, coordinate task allocation, and collaborate with site supervisors and service providers.
• Quality Control and Progress Documentation: You ensure that all quality standards are met and document the project's progress clearly and comprehensibly.
• Escalation Management: You manage escalations and resolve problems quickly and effectively to ensure that project goals are achieved.

This Defines You

• A successful completed study or training in relevant technical or business fields, ideally with a focus on project management or telecommunications.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Experience in leading projects, preferably in fiber-optic expansion or similar infrastructure projects.
• A structured work approach and outstanding solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in project management.
• Tech-savviness and practical experience in fiber-optic expansion, particularly in Network Level 3, are desirable.
