Project Manager (freelance)

Your mission: To comprehensively manage the construction projects of new centers within your geographical area—from the preliminary phase to the final delivery—, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards. What will you do? * Manage and control the entire project life cycle of the construction of new self-storage centers, including planning, execution, and closure. * Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and implementing cost-saving measures. * Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans. * Prepare and present project reports, providing updates to the stakeholders. * Actively participate in the selection and evaluation of suppliers and contractors. * Coordinate the obtaining of licenses and permits required for the construction. What are we looking for? * Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably in the retail or industrial sector. * Knowledge of construction processes, technical regulations, and safety standards. * Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving measures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and negotiate with various stakeholders. * Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Results-oriented and ability to meet deadlines and objectives. * Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
