We are looking for a:n Project Manager Fördermittel - Healthcare (m/w/d) who is passionate and strategically thinking to drive our innovation projects forward. You will play a key role in identifying new funding opportunities, submitting successful grant applications, and accompanying our projects from idea to successful implementation. Aufgaben

Responsibility for funding management from strategic planning to project closure.

• Identification and evaluation of relevant national and European funding programs in relation to company goals
• Coordination of the preparation of grant applications (content-wise, formally, organizationally) with internal and external stakeholders
• Translation of funding conditions into project structures, work packages, milestones, and budgets
• Preparation of scientific and medical content for grant applications, utilization plans, and project descriptions
• Steering of controlling, reporting, and communication with funding providers during the project period
• Safeguarding proper use of funds, coordination of change requests, and accompaniment of audits and inspections
• Support in the strategic development of the funding portfolio and identification of new funding opportunities

Qualifikation

• Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Life Sciences, Administrative or Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in funding or grant management
• Structured, precise, and self-responsible work, even with multiple parallel projects
• Analytical thinking, high stress tolerance, and hands-on mentality
• Safe handling of complex funding guidelines and changing requirements
• Clear, target-oriented communication, high quality orientation, and reliability in terms of deadlines and budgets
• Very good knowledge of the German healthcare system
• Ideal experience with national and European funding programs (e.g. BMBF, BMWK, G-BA, EU funding)
• Excellent German (C2) and fluent English skills (C1) in writing and speaking
