If that sounds like you, our Project Manager (internally known as Project Manager II) role could be your next great opportunity ! You'll oversee restoration and rebuild projects from estimation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on communication and project management. **What You’ll Do:** * Manage all aspects of restoration and rebuild projects, from initial estimate to final completion. * Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet all requirements. * Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Oversee project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. * Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members. * Provide regular project updates to stakeholders. * Participate in project planning, estimating, and bidding processes. * Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule. * Manage project closeout activities, including final inspections, and client sign-off. * Demonstrate clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **What You’ll Bring:** * Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. * Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * 401(k) plan with company match. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * A positive and collaborative work environment. * The opportunity to make a real impact on people's lives by helping them rebuild after a disaster.
