Job description
Scope of responsibilities: Execution of business projects within the specified scope, time, and budget. Preparation, planning, leading, and closing projects. Responsibility for the effective and efficient management of projects within the framework of the project office's work. Constant cooperation and communication with company departments. Monitoring and enforcing the execution of project tasks. Management of the project team, risk, suppliers, and implementation quality. Reporting and developing progress reports. Mentoring and co-creating effective project management processes in the organization. Requirements: Extensive experience in project management in various fields, with particular emphasis on projects carried out with IT teams based on the SCRUM approach. Experience in managing implementation projects in the financial areas (knowledge of accounting, settlement processes, or tools supporting finance is welcome). Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and tools for improving teamwork. Creative approach to problem-solving and openness to seeking unconventional solutions. Highly developed communication skills and ease in applying presentation techniques. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in effectively managing project teams and coordinating the work of others. Fluent knowledge of tools: SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, MS Office (including MS Project). Knowledge of English at a level enabling free business communication. Welcome: Certificates confirming project knowledge, e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile PM, or related. Documented successes in implementing accounting systems, ERP, or other advanced tools in the area of corporate finance.
