Project Manager (Farmy PV) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• coordinating construction work - throughout Poland,
• contract management, including responsibility for the implementation schedule and financial result of the contract,
• preparation and coordination of directive schedules: financial, substantive, and procurement,
• managing the implementation and organization of the construction process, including managing the team, budget, technical project scope, and risk,
• coordinating the purchase of materials and services, and quality control of the executed works,
• ensuring compliance of the implementation with contract provisions and applicable procedures,
• reporting on the progress of contract implementation, challenges, and risks to superiors,
• conducting meetings and communication with the Investor and their personnel (also in English).

Our requirements

• minimum 3 years of experience in the execution of wind/photovoltaic farm constructions,
• experience in the execution of energy storage constructions is welcome,
• ability to solve problems and work under time pressure,
• communication skills and openness to teamwork,
• initiative and commitment,
• knowledge of English at a minimum B2/C1 level (potential necessity to participate in a construction process involving a foreign Investor),
• Category B driving license,
• knowledge of construction, acceptance, and commissioning processes for photovoltaic farms,

Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position of Project Manager, ready to work on assignments throughout Poland. The work is performed from Monday to Friday, according to the valid working time schedule, and is of a delegational nature, related to the implementation of investments in various locations.
