Project Manager/ Executive (PMP, Engineering)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project plans, including cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise. Manage project scope, timeline, and budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records. Identify and mitigate project risks. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. PMP certification is required. Proven experience in project management, with a focus on engineering projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
