About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will coordinate the execution phase of projects, with focus on planning, delivery control, and subcontractor management, so that work is completed on time, within budget, and to agreed-upon quality standards.

The role is an operational one, with direct exposure in the field and constant collaboration with technical teams, subcontractors, and external partners.

Main responsibilities

Planning and tracking project execution (work schedule, weekly activities, priorities)
Coordinating subcontractors and aligning them to quality requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
Organizing and leading coordination meetings, with follow-up on established actions
Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing corrective measures
Tracking costs and signaling any deviations in a timely manner
Ensuring completeness and accuracy of project documentation (meeting minutes, reports, receipt documents)
Collaborating with internal teams (technical, procurement, finance, QA/QC)
Respecting safety rules and applicable requirements at work sites

Requirements

Tech studies or relevant experience equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project execution coordination, preferably with subcontractors
Solid planning, organization, and communication skills
Able to manage multiple interfaces and make operational decisions
Oriented towards results, deadlines, and quality
Driving license category B
Availability for travel
