Project Manager Excellence Global Industrialization

The person in this position will be fundamental for operational improvement, acting as a central link between strategic direction, manufacturing activities, and technological solutions. Their responsibilities will include redefining complete workflows to implement best practices that elevate productivity and enable scalable growth. Furthermore, they will serve as the principal digital leader, being the responsible party and advanced user of data analysis tools and the Microsoft 365 suite, in order to optimize decision-making through dashboards and key metrics. They will also be the key user responsible for leading acceptance testing for the integration of new software, ensuring that technological tools meet operational requirements before their deployment within the organization. Another essential function will be to define the interfaces between different application systems, ensuring a fluid and uninterrupted exchange of information between the different platforms used in the production environment. Finally, they will actively manage organizational change, preparing the necessary functional documentation and training internationally distributed teams to facilitate rapid and effective adoption of new processes and systems, thereby minimizing resistance to change and maximizing the return on investment in innovation.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary band that can reach up to 39,778.73 euros gross per year, depending on the candidate's profile's suitability for the established professional category. The offered contract is temporary in nature, intended to cover a leave of absence of indeterminate duration, with the possibility of immediate incorporation. The job location will be at the Tajonar facilities, in the community of Navarra.
