Project Manager

Within Network Development & Operations, the service delivery department is responsible for realizing all customer connections on Eurofiber's fiber-optic network. We operate a project- and process-oriented approach to ensure reliable and efficient work.

Your Role

• As Project Manager, you are responsible for delivering customer connections.
• You ensure that your assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the right quality. This includes ensuring the necessary steps (location research, financial handling, construction phase, customer communication, and delivery) and using the right processes and systems.
• You lead progress meetings with contractors/service providers and ensure agreements are followed.
• You approve extra work and costs, taking into account guidelines for budget overruns.
• You serve as a point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors, and service providers for the projects you oversee.
• You report on the progress of various projects and inform internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
• You ensure that delivery documentation is provided. In this role, you report to the Team Leader Project Management.
