Description of the post

Au sein des Network Development & Operations, le département Service delivery est responsable de la réalisation de toutes les connexions clients au réseau de fibres optiques d'Eurofiber. Nous adoptons une approche axée sur les projets et les processus qui nous permet de travailler de manière fiable et efficace.

Your role

• As Project manager you will be responsible for the delivery of client connections.
• You ensure that your assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and with the required quality. This implies ensuring that necessary steps are taken (site study, financial management, construction phase, communication with the client and delivery) and that appropriate processes and systems are used.
• You organize follow-up meetings with the contractor or service provider and ensure compliance with agreements.
• You approve additional work and costs, taking into account guidelines on budget overruns.
• You are the point of contact for clients, colleagues, contractors, and service providers for projects under your responsibility.
• You provide reports on the progress of different projects and inform internal and external stakeholders accordingly.
• You ensure the provision of delivery documentation. In this role, you report to the project management team leader.
