We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) who is excited about technology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about creating great products.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the planning and execution of product strategy, help translate business needs into technical requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, development, sales, and support. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and successful product delivery, while aligning closely with market needs and user expectations.

• Collaborate with the product team to maintain and execute the product roadmap.
  
• Translate product vision into detailed technical and business requirements.
  
• Conduct product research and market validation to ensure feature relevance.
  
  

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Facilitate alignment across departments on timelines, priorities, and goals.
  
• Work with UI/UX designers to shape intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  
  

• Communicate technical requirements and trade-offs to development teams.
  
• Manage testing, verification, and deployment of new features.
  
• Assist in managing user expectations and gathering feedback post-launch.
  
  

Requirements

• You have 2-3 years of experience in product/project roles.
  
• You have strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
  
• You’re a clear communicator and a collaborative team player.
  
• You’re able to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand business insights.
  
• You’re highly self-driven, organized, and proactive in managing tasks.
  
• You can work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  
• You’re curious, innovative, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  
• You thrive in ambiguity and love building from the ground up.
  
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as you'll liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.
