Project Manager Engineering / Design

Location: Timișoara 
Program: Full-time, 8 hours/day with physical presence at the office
Department: Design / Construction 

Main responsibilities:

• Direct and efficient communication with project beneficiaries; 

• Budget establishment and tracking; 

• Project organization from scratch, starting from received documentation (e.g. urbanism certificate, tender package); 

• List of deliverables and execution stage tracking; 

• Searching and managing external collaborators for approvals and related documents; 

• Collaboration with suppliers and other partners involved in the project; 

• Active participation in public or private tenders; 

• Using Teamwork program for planning and tracking tasks; 

• Diplomacy and fine communication with clients, especially in complex projects; 

• Respect for delivery terms; 

• Supervising project design and verification stages to ensure technical standards are met. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering (e.g. civil engineering, architecture);
• Knowledge of MS Project usage.
• Relevant project portfolio; 
• Excellent management, communication, and leadership skills; 
• PC operation knowledge – MS Office, design programs (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.);
• Oriented towards solutions, attention to details, and decision-making capacity; 
• Category B driving license – mandatory.
