Renewable Energy Project Manager

IMSAT is recruiting a Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of renewable energy projects, actively contributing to the development of Romania's sustainable energy infrastructure.

What are the responsibilities of the position?

🔹 Coordinates the implementation of photovoltaic parks, wind farms, electrical substations, and grid connection works, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality requirements.

🔹 Permanently monitors execution progress, costs, productivity, and financial indicators of the project, proposing measures to optimize performance.

🔹 Coordinates the activities of assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment specific to photovoltaic and wind projects.

🔹 Manages relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, distribution operators, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

🔹 Ensures compliance with applicable legislation and health and safety at work regulations.

🔹 Plans and coordinates human resources, equipment, materials, and logistics necessary for the smooth execution of projects.

🔹 Coordinates tendering, contracting, procurement, and contract management activities during project implementation.

🔹 Organizes and leads project meetings with the internal team, clients, and subcontractors, aiming to achieve agreed-upon objectives.

🔹 Monitors technical, financial, operational, and HSE indicators and implements corrective actions when necessary.

🔹 Contributes to identifying opportunities for developing the renewable energy project portfolio.

What do we expect from you?

🔹 Higher technical education in the energy, electrical engineering, or electrical field.

🔹 Relevant experience in project management of photovoltaic parks, wind farms, electrical installations, energy infrastructure, industrial construction, or renewable energy.

🔹 Solid knowledge of medium and high voltage electrical works execution.

🔹 Project management knowledge and use of specific planning and monitoring tools.

🔹 Good PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, MS Project, or similar applications).

🔹 English language – intermediate-advanced level.

🔹 ANRE authorization IIIA, IIIB.

🔹 Category B driver's license.

🔹 Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.

🔹 Negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.

🔹 Availability for site travel nationwide.
