Project Manager in Creative Agency and Producer

As Project Manager your main responsibility will be to manage projects ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives within deadlines and budget. You will coordinate work teams, supervise activities, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure a fluid communication. This is a full-time position that will develop presentially in León, Guanajuato. Objective of the role Ensure operational follow-up of accounts and projects, maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, as well as internal departments. Coordinate and plan project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and databases. Identify and prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities to team members, and monitor progress. Collaborate with the creative director to develop project concepts, strategies, and budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they are within budget. Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress, discuss challenges, and set goals. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing creative projects, preferably in the advertising or media industry. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required. 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
