Project Manager

Purpose of the Position Responsible for planning, execution, control, and closure of projects related to the manufacturing of pumping equipment, ensuring their delivery within scope, budget, time, and quality standards defined. This position requires strategic leadership, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and efficient resource management to meet organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. Coordinate and manage project teams, including stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to project team members as needed. Monitor and control project expenses, ensuring they are within budget. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and strategies.
