Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a privately-owned organisation specialising in custom-designed, high-end window and door solutions. Working on some of Perth’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects, you will join a collaborative team of Project Managers within a company known for its strong culture and high staff retention. This role oversees the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and budgeting through to on-site delivery and client handover. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and team members, as well as provide guidance and support to junior Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering), at least 5 years of experience in project management, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
