- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technological project management (preferably IoT, embedded, smart home solutions or utility digitalization).
- Proven experience in coordinating hardware + software products.
- Solid understanding of IoT technologies (Wi-Fi protocol, NB-IoT, radio, cloud communication and API integration, C, C#, .net, Python, JS)
- Experience with connected products (e.g. smart thermostats, mobile applications and backend servers).
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and cross-functional team management.
- Knowledge of standards and regulations in the smart home / utility domain (e.g. security, data protection, radio communication).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Clear and efficient communication, oriented towards results.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Capacity to anticipate risks and propose proactive solutions.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, technology-oriented, who will coordinate the development and implementation of smart home solutions (especially intelligent thermostats and integration with mobile/cloud platforms) and smart metering projects (IoT technologies for meters and automatic data collection). You will work transversally with R&D teams, software, hardware, QA, and product teams to deliver solutions that bring value to both residential and industrial clients.

The company develops its own smart home products, including intelligent thermostats and smart metering solutions for utility infrastructure. Main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing technological projects in the Smart Home & Smart Metering area (from concept to launch).
- Managing the entire product life cycle: defining requirements, planning milestones, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ensuring integration between hardware (e.g. IoT thermostats, NB-IoT/LoRa/Wi-Fi modules) and software (mobile applications, backend cloud, smart metering platforms). Softwares used: C, C#, .net, Python, JS.
- Monitoring progress, analyzing risks, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and technically compliant deliveries.
- Coordinating product testing (QA) and facilitating the launch process, as well as user feedback from clients.
- Collaborating with the R&D team to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Creating and updating project documentation, progress reports, and KPIs.
