Project Manager - eChannel (Internet & Mobile Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver eChannel projects focused on Internet and Mobile Banking platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital banking transformation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Internet and Mobile Banking projects. Manage project scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and ensure that all project deliverables are properly documented. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of eChannel platforms, including Internet and Mobile Banking systems, processes, and technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital banking. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. Manage and lead a team of project managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Identify and address any skill gaps or training needs within the team. Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with the company's values, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business objectives, strategies, and priorities. Ensure that all project deliverables align with these objectives and priorities.
