Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. - Brescia Branch is seeking a professional to be inserted into a multinational company operating in the Mechanical sector for the strengthening of the organizational structure PROJECT MANAGER E SALES – VALUE-ADDED SERVICES Job Description The sought-after professional figure will be responsible for performing the following activities: - Managing complex projects, coordinating phases from quotation to delivery - Interfacing with internal departments (production, quality, engineering) and clients - Monitoring project progress and managing any potential issues - Identifying new business opportunities related to mechanical work (CNC, welding, surface finishing, assembly) - Understanding client technical needs and proposing customized solutions - Selling not just the product, but also transverse and value-added services Skills & Experience The necessary requirements for performing the role are: - Previous experience in a technical-commercial or project management role in the metal-mechanical sector - Knowledge of mechanical work processes - Commercial attitude and ability to relate with clients - Good knowledge of English - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields Completing the profile: Autonomy, result-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, analytical and synthetic skills, empathy, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
