We are a Hamburg-based software company for process consulting, system integration, and development in the retail sector. Customers such as REWE, EDEKA, hagebau, Vitra, and JAKO AG are digitizing their marketing and product processes with us.

Based on product data, we ensure that advertising materials are created automatically: brochures, catalogs, posters, and online campaigns, faster and with significantly less manual work.

In this role, you will manage a customer project from start to finish: You understand the problem, design the solution, implement it yourself, and oversee it until acceptance. Project management, consulting, and implementation are all in your hands. This makes our projects faster and cheaper for the customer.

It used to be: write a concept, hand it over to development, make corrections in loops. With us, you will take your concept with AI far beyond the prototype and work hand-in-hand with our development team.

Honestly: Much of our new team is not yet finalized. Processes, templates, and the way we work together are currently being developed. Whoever joins here will roll up their sleeves and help shape things.

Your Tasks

• Project Responsibility: You are responsible for and manage customer projects: scope, process, deadlines, and commercial budget responsibility are in your hands.
• Consulting & Conception: You advise our customers on technical and functional questions and develop concepts with them on how advertising materials can be automatically generated from their product data.
• Implementation with AI: You will build a large part of the solution yourself using AI. Our developers will work closely with you, review your implementation, and put it into operation with you.
• Project Steering: You are responsible for requirements management and prioritize what will be implemented when. You ensure quality and adherence to deadlines, identify risks early, and propose measures.
• Acceptance & Releases: You conduct acceptance and integration at the customer's site and accompany releases and updates thereafter.
• Offers & Billing: You prepare project-related offers, track services, and prepare billing.
• Collaboration: You work closely with product development, sales, and marketing and feed insights from projects back into the product.

What You Bring

• Education: You have successfully completed a degree with good grades, preferably with an IT or business focus such as Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering.
• Project Experience: You have already supported or managed projects, preferably from consulting or software development in a customer environment.
• Analytical Thinking: You understand complex requirements, identify the real problem, and develop a viable solution for it.
• Software Strategy: You understand how software solutions are built: data models, interfaces, infrastructure, and system landscapes. This understanding enables you to strategically conceive solutions, advise clients in a well-founded manner, and develop them yourself using AI. Experience with your own programming is welcome.
• Passion for AI: You try out new AI tools before anyone asks for them and want to find out how to work faster and better with them. For you, AI is the tool that turns a concept directly into a functional solution.
• Communication: You create clarity between the customer, development, and internal teams, even when interests diverge.
• Reliability: You make decisions, keep promises, and report early if something is getting out of hand.
• Language Skills: You speak German fluently and English confidently.
