Senior Project Manager – Digital Payments

Management of IT projects in the digital payments sector with full remote modality and presence once a month in Genoa.

Your Role

• You will manage complex IT projects in the Digital Payments sector, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and objectives.
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and suppliers in multi-vendor contexts.
• You will collaborate with business and technical teams to support solution definition.
• You will monitor project progress, managing criticalities and escalations.

️ Your Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities.
• Manage delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to milestones.
• Coordinate integrations with Payment Gateways and major payment systems.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, business, and development teams.

✅ Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Experience in the Digital Payments sector and knowledge of PayPal, Klarna, MyBank, and payment system architectures.
• Technical background useful for interacting with software architects and development teams; experience with POS systems and platforms like Worldpay, Paymode, or similar is welcome.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language and leadership, organizational, and distributed team management skills.
