Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage the project budget, schedule and resources, and provide implementation guidance for the project Directly responsible for the generation of project schedules, level of effort documents, risk assessments, gap assessments, issue tracking and cutover plans Utilize working knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum implementation methodologies to ensure successful projects Organize project team resources and manage task assignments Lead in project management efforts with MES and other stakeholders Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders Provide guidance on project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and status updates Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Develop and maintain project documentation and reports Manage project changes and deviations from the original plan Monitor and control project progress and performance Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
