**Job Description**
In the Civil Infrastructure area, we have a specialized project management team for Data Centers. Currently in Spain, due to the high growth rate of projects, we are looking to hire a **Civil Engineer or Highway, Canal, and Port Engineer** to manage and supervise various civil engineering projects, including some Data Centers.
**Mission**
As a Construction PM or Design Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing daily project progress with a constructive focus. You will oversee the entire construction process of multiple projects to ensure that project requirements and client expectations are met.
You will join our Civil Engineering team in Madrid and coordinate various disciplines to achieve cohesive and integrated project results.
Your main responsibilities will include:
+ Managing multiple projects simultaneously, leading multidisciplinary construction and design teams.
+ Effectively controlling scope, planning, and milestones, identifying and mitigating risks.
+ Establishing and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external clients.
+ Reviewing and supporting project design phases with a clearly constructive focus, ensuring correct translation to site work.
+ Promoting best practices and innovation in processes and technical solutions.

**Qualifications**
+ University degree in Civil Engineering, ICCP or equivalent.
+ **More than 8 years of experience** in project supervision, execution, and/or management of civil infrastructure projects.
+ **Ability to express yourself fluently in English and Spanish**, both orally and written.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate disciplines.
+ Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and negotiation capacity.
+ Solid technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction.
+ Valuable experience with project planning tools, budgets, and management in CDE environments.
