Project Manager – Data Center

Pramac, part of the third group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, with over 50 years of experience in the industry. We are looking for a Project Manager – Data Center to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center management, with experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably in the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation; • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration; • Managing project risks and issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed; • Monitoring and controlling project progress, identifying and addressing deviations from the plan; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in data center management. Knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and network architecture is essential. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
