Project Manager (Data Center)

Location : India Company : Confidential (International Engineering & Consulting Firm ) Open for expat OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Center to lead and deliver complex data center projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, preferably in the data center industry. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors, vendors, and stakeholders • Managing project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners • Providing regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the data center industry • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including data centers, servers, storage, and networking • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project • Certification in project management (PMP) is an asset.
