Project Manager CyberSecurity
Job description
Project Information: Industry: Banking Contract: B2B Rate: up to 150 PLN/h net + VAT Location: 100% remote Introduction and summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to execute end-to-end projects in the CyberSecurity domain. Projects may concern one of the following areas: IAM/PAM (CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD, IGA, SSO, MFA) SOC/SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable) Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR, MDM, hardening) Network Security (NGFW, WAF, ZTNA, network segmentation) Cloud Security (Azure/AWS – CSPM, CIEM, logging, encryption) Experience in executing at least one end-to-end project in one of the listed areas is required. Scope of responsibilities: Management of projects and programs in the CyberSecurity domain. Coordination of project work and project portfolio management. Cooperation with business units, IT, security, legal, and risk departments. Conducting workshops, planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders. Vendor management, including participation in RFP processes, negotiations, SLA monitoring, and quality control of services provided. Development of work breakdown structures and project schedules. Key requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in project or program management. Team management experience. Experience in coordinating and portfolio management of projects. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Knowledge of software implementation methodologies. Project experience in the CyberSecurity domain. English language proficiency at C1 level. Experience in developing work breakdown structures and schedules. Knowledge of the SCRUM methodology. Knowledge of the JIRA tool. Knowledge of MS Project application. Teamwork skills. Nice to have: Experience working with the Agile methodology. Ability to manage HW/SW infrastructure and other infrastructure during project execution and distribution of third-party products. Ability to design and implement scenarios. Additional information: Work model: 100% remote. Work in a matrix environment. Cooperation with multiple business and technical stakeholder groups.
