Project Manager Controls (m/w/d)

We are seeking reinforcement in project management for demanding control technology projects in the field of automated intralogistics systems. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating the controls aspects within complex customer projects. In this role, you will steer technical teams, deadlines, costs, and interfaces from the engineering phase to commissioning.

Tasks

You will take over operational project responsibility for control technology and ensure a structured and timely implementation.

○ Planning and control of projects in the field of control technology

○ Coordination of engineering, switchgear construction, electrical installation, and commissioning

○ Management of project costs, deadlines, budgets, and resources

○ Leadership and coordination of internal and external project teams

○ Alignment with customers, suppliers, and adjacent departments

○ Evaluation and tracking of risks, deviations, and changes

○ Ensuring transparent project communication and documentation

○ Accompanying projects from planning to successful handover

Qualification

○ At least five years of experience in technical project management

○ Experience with projects in the field of control technology or automation

○ Knowledge in engineering, switchgear construction, electrical installation, and commissioning

○ Experience in managing costs, deadlines, budgets, and teams

○ Technical understanding for complex systems and interfaces

○ Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style

○ Communication strength and confident appearance towards customers and project teams

○ Very good German and English skills

○ Willingness to regular on-site deployments
