Job description

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during project execution. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the company's quality, safety, and environmental policies. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
