Over the past decade, we’ve stayed away from mass-market volume and instead chosen to
focus on depth, design, and the emotional experience of living. As we enter our next phase of
growth, we are looking for a Project Manager who can maintain this bar of excellence and
manage the execution of some of Bangalore’s most finely crafted homes.

Role Overview
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing premium residential real estate
developments from ground-breaking to handover. You will manage project lifecycles, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of our luxury projects.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage the full lifecycle of residential projects — planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
● Lead and coordinate with site teams, project engineers, and external contractors across project locations in Bangalore.
● Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
● Ensure compliance with design specifications, statutory regulations, and
environmental/safety standards.
● Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and clients to resolve issues
and keep projects on track.
● Monitor project progress, anticipate roadblocks, and take corrective measures
proactively.
● Implement project management best practices, including cost control, vendor
management, and reporting cadence.
● Conduct site inspections and quality audits regularly.
● Prepare project documentation and reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
● 6–8 years of experience in residential real estate projects, preferably in the
premium/luxury segment.
● Strong knowledge of structural execution, finishing works, MEP coordination, and
statutory approvals.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver residential projects on time and within budget.
● Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
● Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
