Project Manager Construction

Main responsibilities:

• Planning of stores that are about to be opened;
• Coordinating and supervising contractors/furnishers contracted at the central level for stores;
• Verifying the implementation of technical requirements established in lease contracts;
• Issuing and assigning orders;
• Negotiating with external service providers and partners;
• Coordinating with other departments at both the central office in Bucharest and Dortmund;
• Responsible for obtaining legal permits and approvals, including ISU authorizations, in accordance with current regulations;
• Efficient collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (architects, engineers, suppliers, local authorities) to ensure the smooth execution of each project;
• Studying the site and budgeting investment necessary for preparing a new store according to standard;
• Managing project costs.

Ideal candidate:

• Experience in the tasks specified above, with at least 2 years on a similar position;
• Techincal foresight ability;
• Independent and responsible work mode;
• Motivation to achieve objectives, resistance to stress and workload;
• Decision-making capacity and assertiveness;
• Category B driving permit;
• Availability for travel;
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills, flexibility, and resilience in daily activity;
• Independent and responsible work mode, as well as a confident and self-assured attitude;
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action;
• Very good level of English language spoken and written, German language presents an advantage;
• Higher education with a technical profile;
• Competence in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) and AutoCad.
