As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee delivery from pre-construction through completion, including:
- Developing and managing project schedules and programs
- Financial control: budgets, forecasts, and reporting
- Contract administration and stakeholder engagement
- Leading WHS and QA compliance
- Building, coaching and mentoring site teams
- Liaising with developers, councils, consultants and subcontractors
- Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a Trade background
- Proven experience managing Commercial or High-Rise Residential projects over $10M
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality assurance
- A proactive work ethic and drive to deliver results
