Project Manager - Construction Machinery

Page Personnel - Manage the entire lifecycle of the machine: from ideation, design and engineering to delivery and assembly; - Coordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, manufacturing partners and logistics operators; - Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets and timelines; - Ensure that design and engineering are compliant with technical standards, customer specifications and regulatory requirements; - Supervise component and system procurement and delivery; - Oversee assembly and commissioning activities in the yard, in collaboration with technical teams; - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues; - Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout all phases; - Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environment (HSE) protocols throughout all project phases; - Promote continuous improvement in project execution, documentation and stakeholder involvement. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical fields; - More than 5 years of experience in managing projects related to construction machinery, large equipment or complex industrial machines; - Solid knowledge of engineering design, production processes and assembly of heavy machinery; - Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering projects with multiple stakeholders; - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual details; - Knowledge of project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera) and main technical design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus; - PMP certification or equivalent in project management is a plus; - Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; - Availability to travel internationally when required.
