Project Manager London £50,000 - £60,000 My client, a prestigious project management and quantity surveying consultancy specialising in infrastructure and construction, are seeking Project Managers to oversee projects involving a Grade I listed building (heritage/higher education) with their broader portfolio including projects in higher education and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will be confident managing contracts, handling complex projects with lots of moving parts, working well with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience of managing projects in the construction and/or infrastructure sectors. They will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects successfully, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and cost control. The role will involve managing a team of project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects to the required standards. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Project Manager with a degree in a relevant field, such as construction, engineering, or project management. They will have a strong understanding of the construction and/or infrastructure sectors, and be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects successfully.
