Project Manager

Connexa is New Zealand’s leading mobile tower infrastructure company, driven by a mission to enable a more connected digital future for Aotearoa New Zealand. We do this by designing, building and managing mobile sites across the country for telecommunications providers (like Spark and 2degrees) to expand their coverage efficiently and sustainably. Our tower portfolio of 2,500 covers Cape Reinga to Bluff and is the largest in New Zealand. As a Project Manager , you’ll be responsible for leading projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within budget completion. This includes developing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, managing stakeholder expectations, and monitoring progress against key performance indicators. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and maintenance personnel, to ensure successful project outcomes. In addition, you will be required to maintain accurate records of project activities, track and report on project metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
