Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic Program Management Office in the fintech industry. This role is critical in supporting company-wide initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence and innovation. Requirements Key Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within budget delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget. Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and manage project teams, including setting goals, objectives, and performance metrics. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancements. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from plan. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Provide project status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
