Description

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering 3-5 projects concurrently, with the support of a dedicated Contract Administrator. Typical project values range from $500K to $3M.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end delivery of commercial projects

• Regular communication and progress meetings with clients

• Developing and maintaining project programs

• Coordinating consultants, suppliers, and authority approvals

• Managing budgets, variations, and forecasts

• Overseeing subcontractors from award to completion

• Leading site coordination with the delivery team

• Ensuring QA and compliance for smooth handovers

• Preparing client and internal reports

• Supporting process improvements and assisting senior PMs

Reporting line: Construction Manager or Project Director

Profile

• 3-6 years' project management experience

• Preference for candidates with a Contract Administrator background

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and Excel
